How to Replace the Rear Light on Volkswagen T5 Transporter

Model: Volkswagen Transporter T5, MK 5 - Years 2003-2014

To replace the rear light on a Volkswagen T5 Transporter, open the right tailgate fully, unscrew the two star screws on the inner side of the light, remove the light, disconnect the connector, and remove the bulb holder from the old light by pressing the tabs; take the new light, install the bulb holder by clicking it into place with the tabs, clean the connector with electrical contact spray, connect the connector, position the new light ensuring it fits properly onto the bodywork, and screw in the two star screws; finally, close the tailgate and check the light's functionality.
