To unlock App Connect and voice commands on Volkswagens, there is no procedure that can be performed independently: the only way to access these features is to visit an official dealership. Here, you will need to purchase a package that allows you to unlock these functionalities: by selecting the VOICE button located to the left of the display, you will be able to access App Connect features.

With these, you can connect your mobile phone to the car radio and use voice commands to allow the device to perform operations.
