Unlocking App Connect and voice commands on Volkswagen vehicles cannot be done independently: the only way to access these features is to visit an official dealership or an authorised workshop. Here, you will need to purchase a package that allows you to unlock these functionalities: by selecting the VOICE button located to the left of the display, you will gain access to App Connect features. With this application, you can connect your mobile phone to the car radio and use voice commands to control the infotainment system.
