Detailed instructions - Where to find the fuse boxes on the Volkswagen Tiguan: The first box is located in the engine bay, next to the battery, covered by a lid that opens easily with two clips: relays are also positioned here. The other box is in the passenger compartment, between the steering column and the driver's door, in a dedicated compartment with a small handle, which must be removed to access it fully. This box contains the fuses for the cigarette lighter, which are numbers 51 and 54, concerning the auxiliary sockets and the cigarette lighter. Both are 30 Amperes and green in colour.
