How to reset the radio of the Volkswagen Golf?

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

To deactivate the radio of the Volkswagen Golf, turn on the instrument cluster by turning the key in the ignition switch: once it is on, press and hold the MENU button located to the right of the central display. By holding this button, you can access the secret menu of the infotainment system, from which you can also proceed to reset the software. When the reset is initiated, the screen will turn off, and upon its new activation, the settings will revert to the default.
