Where are the fuses located on the VW Touran

The fuse box and the OBD diagnostic socket are located on the driver's side, just below the steering wheel; in this area of the dashboard, there is a small glove compartment that, once opened, must be pushed down further to detach and access the fuse holder and the OBD diagnostic socket; additional fuses are located on the side of the dashboard, where there is a cover that can be removed by levering at a small side slot; finally, some fuses are found in the engine bay, just behind the battery compartment, protected by a snap-on cover.
