How to Replace the External Wing Mirror on a Volkswagen Jetta?

To replace the wing mirror on a Volkswagen Jetta, loosen all screws securing the door panel to its housing: these screws are located under the trim of the armrest and in the internal handle recess. Once all screws are loosened, detach the panel to access the screws securing the wing mirror from the inside. By loosening these screws and disconnecting the connectors attached to the mirror, you can extract it from its housing and replace it with a new spare part.
