Today’s guide will show you how to remove and replace the stuck fuel flap on the Volkswagen Polo. First, open the fuel flap; it can be opened from the inside by removing the carpet-covered cover. Next, remove the fuel cap cover by unscrewing the fixing screw; disconnect the electrical connector to remove the entire panel and the fuel cap along with the flap. Finally, replace it and reassemble the cover and the fuel flap by applying the reverse procedure!
