The operation to reset the Service light in the Volkswagen Touran involves holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument cluster while it is off: continue holding the button and insert the ignition key, turning it clockwise to power on the cluster.

At this point, you can release the button after a few seconds and rotate the lever located to the left of the instrument cluster: this will allow you to verify that the Service light has been completely reset, and you can then switch off the ignition.
