How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Polo

The procedure to reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Polo involves pressing the button located immediately below the instrument cluster on the central right side marked 0.0/SET, and then turning the key to switch on the instrument cluster. After performing these two actions, wait a few seconds while releasing the button, noting that the spanner light will still be on. Then, press the other button in the centre of the instrument cluster, and the Service light will disappear. At this point, you can completely switch off the instrument cluster by turning the key.
