In order to replace the gear knob of the Volkswagen Golf, you need to lever with an object so that the clips located at the base of the leather covering can be detached: once the covering has been lifted, it will be possible to detach the hook located under the covering, in the part between it and the knob. Then the old knob and the corresponding covering can be removed, inserting the new replacement piece. After the replacement, it will be possible to reattach the knob and the clips to the base of the covering.
