To remove the rear seats on a Volkswagen Jetta, open the boot lid to access the screws securing the seats from inside the boot; once these screws are loosened, unscrew those located between the bottom of the backrest and the rear of the seat base. At this point, you can remove the seat base, then fold down the backrests and remove them as well.

Now you can insert the new replacement parts, securing them properly in place.
