Removal of the radio from the Volkswagen Golf 7

If we want to improve the performance of the audio and infotainment system of the Volkswagen Golf, we can replace the standard unit with a more powerful one. To remove the old car radio, sit in the driver's seat and start by unhooking the air conditioning control panel frame, then unhook the car radio frame which also includes the air vents, disconnect the electrical connectors of the hazard lights control and remove the frame. Using a hook lever, unhook the four clips that secure the car radio: this operation requires patience and dexterity, after which we can remove the unit. Disconnect the rear connections to remove it completely.
