How do you replace the air conditioning compressor of the Volkswagen Golf?

The procedure for replacing the air conditioning compressor on the Volkswagen Golf is carried out by opening the hood, so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: the compressor will be located in the front left side of the engine block, along with its pulley. To remove it, you will need to loosen its mounting bolts and also disconnect its power cables. Once it has been freed, the old compressor can be removed from its seat and the new piece can be installed, checking that it works properly.
