How to Remove the Rear Bumper of a Sharan

Do you want to remove the rear bumper of your Volkswagen? Follow this guide to proceed. First, open the tailgate of the boot, then access the inspection compartments located at the sides of the boot.

Remove the retaining bolts of the rear lights using a socket spanner, pull the light out of its housing, and disconnect the power connector. Repeat this procedure for the other rear light.

Now, remove the pins located at the side of the bumper with your socket spanner, then unscrew the lower screws under the car and around the wheel arch as shown in the video. Detach the bumper with your hands and disconnect the number plate light connectors.

Once the bumper is removed, you can fit the new one by reversing the steps.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
