Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter socket of the VW Jetta located?

The fuse for the cigarette lighter socket of the Volkswagen Jetta is located inside the fuse box in the left side panel. To access the fuse box, you need to remove the panel. The fuse is numbered 22 with a 20 Amp rating. In case of replacement, you will need to open the fuse box, remove the fuse with pliers, and insert a fuse with the same rating in its place. Once the fuse box is closed, you can turn on the car, even just the ignition, to test the operation of the socket by inserting the phone charger or other accessories.
