How to replace the fuse of the cigarette lighter socket of the 2013 VW Jetta

When the cigarette lighter socket of the 2013 Volkswagen Jetta stops working, it means that the fuse needs to be replaced. The fuse for the socket is located inside the fuse box in the cabin, under the steering wheel. To access the fuse box, you will need to remove the lower dashboard by releasing it. Once the fuse box is open, you can replace the fuse for the socket labeled F30 with a 20 amp fuse. Use pliers to pull out the old fuse and insert the new one, then close the fuse box and test the socket. If the problem persists, the issue may be with the internal connector.
