How do you reset the "Low battery charge" message on the Volvo S60?

To make the "Low battery charge" message on the Volvo S60 instrument panel disappear, it will be necessary to open the hood to access the components inside the engine compartment: here you can also locate the battery itself, which will need to be disconnected by loosening the negative terminal bolt. After it has been disconnected for a few minutes, you can reposition the terminal and secure it with the bolts; at this point, you can turn on the instrument panel to verify that the warning light is off.
