How to reset the service lights on a Volvo

Model: Volvo Xc60 MK 1 - Years 2008-2016

On a Volvo, resetting the maintenance interval is done with the engine off. With the Volvo stationary, turn the ignition to the position without starting the engine. Press and hold the OK button on the steering wheel (or, on older versions, the TRIP button on the odometer). While holding, turn the ignition to the next position; continue holding until the reset indicator (symbol i or triangle) appears, then release to confirm the reset. Turn off and turn on the ignition again to verify that the warning is no longer present. If the Volvo is equipped with a Maintenance menu on the dashboard, enter the interval section and select Reset: confirm when prompted and repeat the check with the dashboard turned on. If confirmation fails, repeat following the order and timing.
