How to Replace the Radiator Fan on a Volvo V70

Model: Volvo V70 MK 2 - Years 2000-2007
Part: Radiator

Before beginning, open the bonnet of your Volvo V70. Start by unclipping and removing the air filter hose connected to the fan. After this, disconnect the fan connectors by simply pulling them out. Once the connectors are disconnected, proceed to unscrew the bolts securing the fan using a 10 millimetre socket. When these bolts are removed, you can extract the fan, completing the disassembly. To fit the new fan and reconnect the various hoses and connectors, simply reverse these instructions, and you will have completed the replacement.
