The water pump, the idler wheel and the tensioner are removed and replaced. Now mount the timing belt paying attention: follow the direction of the arrows on the belt in the direction of rotation. When replacing, follow this sequence: guide pulley, camshaft sprocket, injection pump sprocket, water pump tensioner roller. Insert the timing tool onto the crankshaft pinion. Check that the camshaft sprocket timing marks are aligned and remember to check the belt tension.
