Removing the center console in a Volvo S60 is a simple and quick task. First, ensure the key is not in the ignition. Next, remove the lower left panel of the tunnel, engage the white lever, and shift the transmission to neutral. Then, remove the knob, dislodge the upper air vent using a plastic trim tool, and with a Torx T20 wrench, unscrew the released screws. At this point, grasp the entire console, disengage it, and disconnect the various internal connectors.
