To replace the front headlight lens on a Volvo S60, remove the headlight assembly from its housing by loosening the mounting screws and disconnecting the appropriate connectors. Once the old headlight is removed, heat its perimeter to soften the adhesive holding the lens to the housing. This will allow you to pry off the lens with a tool. At this point, insert the new lens, securing it with the appropriate amount of adhesive, and reinstall the headlight assembly in its place.
