In this guide, we will see the main instructions useful for removing and replacing the serpentine belt of the Volvo V40. First, open the bonnet and begin loosening the tensioner using a 16 mm spanner, to subsequently remove the V-belt from the alternator and various pulleys, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, remove and replace the belt with a new one, as well as with the original; correctly fit it onto the pulleys and then release the tensioner, following the video tutorial to the end!
