How to remove the black cover of the mirror of the Volvo XC40

In this video, we can see how to remove the black plastic cover of the external rearview mirror of the Volvo XC40: the first step will be to remove a small plastic cover located behind the rearview mirror, which can be done gently with our hands. Then, we can remove the second cover of the panel on the windshield, which will then be removed from one side using a plastic spatula - so as not to scratch the plastic or glass - and then we will press on the sides to remove the entire cover. Underneath, we find the front camera (important to know in case we need to replace it). However, this is a component that should not be removed without necessity, as the tabs are not too strong and could loosen, causing noise. We reassemble everything in reverse sequence.
