This short guide will show us the main steps on how to disassemble and replace the turbocharger on the Alfa Romeo 159 2.4 JTD. First of all, we open the engine hood and start disconnecting the intake hose; to remove the turbocharger it is necessary to disassemble the intake and exhaust manifold from the turbine, unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the various sensors, as shown in the video. At this point, we carry out the repair or directly replace the turbocharger with a new one, installing the original one, following the video tutorial until the end!
