Removing Spark Plugs on an Alfa 147

Are the spark plugs on your Alfa Romeo damaged and need replacing? Here’s how to change them from the engine compartment. Open the engine bay and remove the engine cover panel as shown in the video. Disconnect the battery terminals. Remove the metal engine cover, then unscrew the securing screws of the coils. Detach the coil by hand and twist to remove it from the cylinder head. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the spark plugs (remove them from the cylinder head). Fit the new spark plug and insert it into the engine head with the socket wrench. Refit all the coils, the engine cover panel, battery terminals, and close the bonnet.
