In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the coolant thermostat on the Alfa Romeo 147 Twin Spark. First, open the bonnet and unscrew the cap of the expansion tank; then lift the vehicle and disconnect the coolant hose, allowing it to drain into a container. At this point, remove the engine cover and take off the intake hose, disconnecting the mass airflow sensor; then unscrew the thermostat mounting screws, disconnecting the coolant hoses. Finally, replace it with the new one and reassemble everything!
