In today's video, you will see how to replace the thermostat in an Alfa Romeo 159. This tutorial also applies to the other two models in the same family, namely the Brera and the Spider. First, remember to work only with a cold engine to avoid issues. Open the bonnet. It is advisable to disconnect the service battery to prevent problems. Locate the thermostat, positioned on the right side of the engine bay, at the bottom. Disconnect it from its connector and remove it. Then, insert the new unit and test its operation. Finally, complete the job.
