Part: Clutch
Operation: How is the clutch of the Alfa Romeo 166 replaced?

In order to replace the clutch of the Alfa Romeo 166, you need to lift the car with a jack so that the left front wheel can be removed from its housing. Then, you can proceed by removing the inner cover of the corresponding wheel arch, thus accessing the gearbox: the latter can be removed from its seat by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the side of the engine, then disconnecting specific connectors and sensors. Once the gearbox is removed, you will have access to the clutch, which can be removed and replaced with a new one.
