In this video, see how to change the oil filter on an Alfa Romeo 159 JTDM; in the frame shown by the YouTuber, you can locate it in the red circle highlighting it. Remove it with a special spanner, which is indicated to be 32 mm. Naturally, as it is full of oil, when you remove it, ensure to place a container underneath to catch the used oil, which you do not want to spill into the environment; you will dispose of it later - along with the oil collected from the sump - at an authorised centre.

When refitting the filter, also install the new o-ring that comes with the package and remember to lubricate it with a bit of clean oil. Refit it in place and the job is done.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?
