Replacing the timing belt of the 2019 Audi A3 is a fairly simple operation to perform independently, thanks also to our short video tutorial that will show you the steps to follow. The first step is to open the front hood of the car and remove the fuel filter and the side cover grille of the belt using a wrench. Then we lift the car and remove the front wheels. We remove the lower cover parts of the car and proceed with the replacement of the timing belt, unscrewing the nut on the pulley and loosening the tensioner roller in order to remove the worn belt. After cleaning with a wire brush, we insert the new timing belt tightening the tensioner and the roller.
