How to Deactivate the Front Passenger Airbag in an Audi A1

Model: Audi A1 8X, MK 1 - Years 2010-2018

Before you start, sit in the front passenger seat of your Audi A1. Open the glove compartment by pressing the release button. This will give you access to the airbag activation and deactivation switch. Insert the ignition key into the airbag lock. Turn the key clockwise until it points to the "OFF" position. Once you complete this last step, you will have successfully deactivated the airbag.
