In this video, we see how to deactivate the passenger airbag on an Audi A1. In the middle of the dashboard, above the hazard warning triangle, we see the passenger airbag button. If the airbag is active, the display does not indicate anything because it is normal for the vehicle. Of course, as indicated on the sun visor, if we want to install a child seat, we must temporarily disable the passenger airbag. To do this, we need to open the glove box; there we see the passenger airbag control, with the arrow positioned on "on". If we want to deactivate it, we simply move the ignition key to "off". Immediately, the button located on the dashboard will light up and remain on until we reactivate it.
