To be able to remove the steering box from the Audi A4, you have to open the hood and drain the old fluid from the power steering by removing the special reservoir. Subsequently, it will be necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the upper arms that are located above the right and left front wheel. Now, it will be necessary to disconnect the terminals connected to the battery and then the bolts that secure the steering box can be loosened first on the driver's side and then on the passenger side. The old box can be removed from the left front wheel arch, replacing it with a new one.
