The following video tutorial demonstrates how to reset the service light related to the maintenance on a 2013 BMW 3 Series independently. Before resetting the light, perform the necessary maintenance tasks.

Then, reset the light. Turn on the ignition and press the button located to the left of the display to access the menu.

Scroll through the menu until you select "FRONT BRAKE PADS/RESET POSSIBLE". Release and press again until the reset is complete. Turn off and then turn on the ignition to complete the reset.
