Today's procedure will show you how to disable the front passenger airbag in the BMW 3 Series in simple and quick steps. First, open the front passenger door and insert the key into the ignition switch on the dashboard; then, turn the switch to off by turning the key inside, as shown in the video.

At this point, turn on the instrument panel and check that the airbag light is on, indicating that the airbag has been successfully disabled; turn the switch back to on to reactivate the passenger airbag!
