Replacing Rear Speakers

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

To replace the rear side speakers, start by removing the side panel. After removing the screws from the armrest, pry the panel to free it from the plastic retaining clips. Now, begin removing the screws securing the trim to proceed with removing the lower panel. Also, take out the rear seat and the backrests, then continue by removing all other side panels. Remove the woofer speaker and replace it with the new one; do the same to remove the tweeter speaker from its mount and replace it with the new one.
