In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the cabin air filter on a BMW X5, a very simple and quick operation. First, go to the passenger seat, then open the glove compartment, locate the two clips underneath it, and release them to detach the drawer from the dashboard.

Next, remove the two indicated screws using a Torx wrench, open the long rectangular cover, and take out both filters. Clean any dirt residue in the housing, insert the new filters, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
