Replacement of Front Headlight Bulb Angel Eyes with LUX H8 Bulb

Model: BMW Serie 3 E92, E90, E91 - Years 2005-2013

Once the hood is opened and secured safely, locate the plastic cap above the headlight. Using a flathead screwdriver, press down on the locking tabs of the cap and remove it: at this point, you can see the bulb to be replaced. Rotate the bulb holder clockwise to detach it from the headlight reflector (bayonet mounting system). Disconnect the connector attached to the bulb holder by carefully spreading the side locking tabs. Then connect the new LUX H8 bulb's connector to the one coming from the ballast (the mating direction is fixed) ensuring the tabs snap into place. Finally, insert the new bulb into the designated slot of the headlight reflector, aligning the tabs correctly and rotating counterclockwise to secure it. Position the ballast inside the headlight housing and reattach the cap by inserting it from the back first and then securing the front tabs.
