How to reset the service light on the BMW 1 Series model e81

Today we will explain how to reset the service light on BMW 1 Series MK1 vehicles produced from 2004 to 2013 independently. To reset the light, we need to turn on the instrument panel and press the BC button on the left lever of the steering wheel until the display without characters appears. Press the trip button to access the service menu, then use the arrow buttons to select the "oil change" option. Hold down the BC button to complete the reset of the light. To finish the operation completely, restart the instrument panel.
