How to replace the stabilizer bar on the BMW 1 Series E87

In this video we can see how to replace the stabilizer bar links of the BMW 1 Series E87: we will start by removing the front wheels of the car and lifting the front part to access the suspension system. The stabilizer bar link connects the stabilizer bar to the shock absorbers; we will need to use a loosening agent, as these components easily get stuck; then we disconnect the upper end of the stabilizer bar link; we repeat with the lower end; this way we can remove the link. We take the new one, and reassemble the brake hose mounting plate, screwing it in and then inserting it in the lower part; tighten both nuts, tightening them with a torque wrench to 58 Nm. We can reassemble the wheels and lower the car.
