It is suggested that this repair be carried out with a cold engine first to avoid burns. The radiator is simply attached to the front grille through interlocking latches. Therefore unscrew the fastening clamps of the hoses connected to the radiator and remove the hoses themselves; then unscrew the fastening nuts of the two rigid pipes and release the fastening clips to extract the radiator from its seat by pulling it upwards. Move any reduction from the old to the new radiator and insert the latter in its seat by re-hooking the fastening clips; reconnect all pipes and reposition the air conveyor from the fan to the radiator, hooking it correctly. Therefore, unscrew the breather cap and fill the refrigeration system with the special antifreeze liquid until the latter comes out of the breather cap. Tighten the cap and check the correct functioning of the fan.
