How do you remove the soundproofing panel of a BMW 3 Series roof? Let's see in this video how to proceed. Start by removing the side handles of the headliner with a screwdriver, then remove the sun visors and the overhead lights located in the panel.

If the vehicle has a sunroof, you must open it before removing the panel. Once everything is removed, detach the headliner panel around the perimeter of the roof.

As soon as the panel is free from clips, you can pull it out of the vehicle. Be careful when pulling it out of the car as it may break.
