Let's see how to change the timing chain of our BMW E90 N46. At first it will seem a bit complex but it will be enough to unscrew a few screws to gain access to the timing chain. First we go to disconnect the injectors; disassemble the depressor in which the injectors themselves are connected and then all the screws located in the cylinder head cover must be removed. This will remove the lid and you will finally have access to the chain. We disconnect the connectors located on the engine crankcase side; in this way we will loosen the two pulleys in order to make them come out together with the timing chain.

How to reset the service in the Opel Antara?
