Valve Cover Gasket Replacement

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

To remove and lift the valve cover, first completely disassemble the cabin air filter housing and stabilizer bars; continue by freeing the wiring harness located directly above the valve cover, then proceed to remove the spark plugs by disconnecting the ignition coil connectors and pulling out the boots. At this point, you can unscrew the fastening bolts around the edges of the cover and lift it off, also removing the old gasket. Clean the gasket seating thoroughly on both the cylinder head and under the cover to apply the new gasket, then reverse the steps for reassembly.
