The guide shows how to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs of the BMW 3 Series 330xi e90. The first step is to open the hood and remove the six 8mm nuts that hold the air intake grille. Remove the two plastic covers, electronic components, and two 8mm nuts that hold the upper engine compartment partition. Remove the plastic engine cover by pulling it. Disconnect the electrical connectors of the spark plugs by releasing the clips and removing the ignition coils; if they are stuck, use a lever being careful with the plastic connector. Use a 16mm wrench to unscrew the central body of the spark plug and remove it from the engine compartment; use a magnet if the piece remains at the bottom. Install the new parts and make sure the engine runs correctly before closing everything up.
