Removing Center Vents on BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010

Removing the center air vents on an X3. Remove the vent and replace it with a new one. Insert a plastic trim tool into the frame around the air vent. Run the plastic tool around the frame until it detaches from the dashboard plastics. Remove the air vent once detached (disconnect the cable for the adjustment knobs). Once the air vent is removed, you can install a new one. Secure the new vent along with the flow control adjustment cable. Replace all damaged vents in the same manner.
