Removing Radiator on BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Lift the car on one or more jack stands if you don't have a lift. Remove the two Torx T20 screws located above and to the side of the front bumper. At this point, using a flat screwdriver, pull out and then disconnect the air duct. Remove the lower fender plastic by unscrewing the 8 mm bolts, and then remove the radiator protection plastic by detaching the brackets, which are also secured with 8 mm screws. Press the two levers, pull, and then disconnect the radiator connector. Remove the two Torx T25 screws that secure the radiator on your left. Unscrew all the hoses connected to the radiator and pull it out.
