Removing Front Bumper on BMW 7 Series

Model: BMW Serie 7 F01, MK 5, F02 - Years 2008-2015

With the key removed and the parking brake engaged, lift the hood. Remove the rubber seal near the bumper by hand, which extends along the side of the hood. As shown in the video, use a special pliers to remove the retaining clips for the side panel and take it off. Unscrew all the screws located above the bumper, then access the wheel wells and remove the three 8 mm bolts on both sides. Finally, lift the car for better access and unscrew the 8 mm bolts securing the bumper from underneath. Remove the bumper by detaching it gradually from the rest of the body.
